I love our relaxing times when he is awake and happy. =) I could watch him make faces all day! He smiles and coos. He's not coo-ing a whole lot yet, but he's getting there.

Handsome Clothes
Trent wore his handsome outfit for church this past Sunday and sadly he did not make it out of there in it. =( I took him to the nursery for the first time and when I went to get him they informed me he had leaked teetee onto his outfit and had to be changed. =( It's mommy's fault. I should have changed him when I dropped him off. Mommy and Daddy were wearing orange also. We will just have to get dressed up again so we can have our picture made!
Doesn't he look so big sitting up in Gammer's lap?

Smiles for Mama
I set him down in his Boppy today and started talking to him. He gave me the biggest smile! These photos don't even do justice to how big that first smile was. I'm so excited to see him starting to smile and coo in response to us. It is the best!
Changes
Our little man is changing every day. He seems so much more responsive and alert when he is awake now. I drove him to church yesterday and was surprised to find that he was awake when we got there. He normally falls asleep immediately in the car. That means he jammed to Nsync with me the whole way there. =)
He's always doing things with his hands. Rock on or I love you? Either way it's pretty cute. =)
He loves his new Wubbanub Bear. He still has a hard time keeping it in, but he's getting better.
Those feet just keep growing!
He looks super long in these puppy jammies! =) Footsie jammies have to be one of the cutest things ever.

One Month Checkup
Trent had his one month Dr. appointment at Healthy Kids Pediatrics on Wednesday and it went great! He is "perfect" according to Nurse Practitioner Christie. =) She walked in and said, "Who's that baby?" because he has changed so much in three weeks. He really does look very different now. He's getting chubby! She oohed and ahhd over how cute he is. Don't I know it!
Here are his stats:
Height: 23 1/2" (97%)Whoa!
Weight: 10lbs 11oz (73%)
Head: 15" (46%)
I got him a sticker on the way out again. By the time we got home it was folded in half and stuck to his hand. haha You may notice he is wearing his Mickey onesie in the photo that we just got him about two weeks ago...it's already tight and it's a 0-3m!! Chunky boy. =)
I asked Christie about his eating habits because lately he has been so inconsistent. He was eating 4 oz every hour sometimes! He would start getting so cranky and I didn't think it was possible that he would be hungry, but it turned out he was. That was rough. Christie said he is going through a growth spurt and that will level out soon. It actually already has! He is eating about 5 oz every couple of hours. We hope he will start sleeping through the night soon.
The only problem now is his terrible gas. It is at it's worst in the evenings and he will just cry through an entire feeding. Last night was the worst yet and it made mommy cry too. He had a big bubble that just wouldn't come out. When it finally did he slept and slept. Poor Baby.
